Anne was a participant of one of my workshops on blessing. A schoolteacher in an average-sized school, she had a colleague who stubbornly ignored her very existence. Anne had not the foggiest idea why. When they would cross in the school corridor, the other teacher would simply look the other way, conveying the clear message: you don’t exist for me. Six months of such behavior would be bad enough, but 12 years …
So Anne decided to try blessing. She just showered blessings on her colleague day in day out, and shortly after, just before the school break, this woman came up to her with a wonderful smile and, shaking her hand, wished her a wonderful vacation! (Switzerland)
