Raising the level of world consciousness is certainly the most important thing on the planet today, both for the survival of our race menaced by major challenges and especially for its improvement and breaking through to the higher state of consciousness which alone will enable us to establish the new world that includes all and excludes no one, which is the condition of our very survival as a race.
I bless myself in my ability to constantly devote myself to raising my level of consciousness.
May I be ceaselessly aware that at every moment, I have the choice of my thoughts, which is possibly the greatest freedom I enjoy in life.
May I make the daily commitment to bring my thoughts back constantly to that inner altar of non-dual Love (Buddha-, Christ-, Krishna-consciousness) when they err in the desert of absent-mindedness or lack of mindfulness. And may I do it with great gentleness rather than harsh self-condemnation, as I would correct a little child.
May I cultivate the friendships, activities, readings and spiritual tools that propel me on this path, rather than allowing the consumer-society to foist its cheap, redundant and soul killing wares down my throat. And may I become aware that I make this choice, actively or passively, moment by moment by moment.
May I find deep meaning and joy in mentally reversing all negativity I am alerted to and become aware that the divine understanding is the only true understanding, is literally all, and that at a higher plane, there is no other consciousness.
And may I use every opportunity I have – in the street, at work, at home, at rest and in all situations – to redirect the general drift of human thought towards the Green Pastures awaiting us all.
